A. GENERAL QUESTIONS

1. What is
Trust Community ?
Trust Community selects a community of trustworthy people that promote them locally, nationally and globally and provides  to its members access to financial and personal benefits by so called  "programes". These programs are web components you may use on site, for example, Trustwortiness.

2. What are the advantages for a
Trust Community member?
a) You can earn money
b) You get what you need
c) You can promote your personal qualities
d) You can make trusted friends
e) Other opportunities

3. How do I sign in?
a) If you have invited by an already
Trust Community partner,  enter on that partner's page and click on the link "Sign in." If you were not  invite by anyone, enter on the country's web page where you live: www.trust-community.com/canada. Then click the link "Sign in!" So, pay attention on what page you are when sign in, because you will become a partner of the owner of that page.
b) Select the registration form for individuals.
c) Complete the registration form as required.
d) Once your account has been created, the partner you have enrolled to (the one that owns the page you were on when Sign in) have to
confirm that he/she knows you. The confirmation act is made by click on a Confirm link in his/her backoffice. If you are not confirmed in 5 days, your account is deleted, but you can re-sign in.
e) By free signing in you become a Basic member in Trust Community.

4. What conditions are required for registration?
a) You may open only one account in
Trust Community.
b) Free signing in as Basic membership.
c) You must complete the registration form with actual data, including personal photo.

5. Why Trust Community ask for certain personal data?
a)
Trust Community provides financial rewards through certain programs of the site. These rewards may be granted only to real people. Minimum age accepted is 16.
b) To ensure the highest level of accountability from those who post on the site (Forum,
Shared information , recommendations, etc.).
c) To develop proper community partnerships and interaction between members of the site.

6. Under what circumstances my personal account is deleted?
a) You cannot delete your account by yourself. You have to do a personal request by email using address available in the "Contact" menu.
b) Death
c) Violation of the terms and conditions of the site
d) Fraudulent activities on site (use of false registration information or inappropriate photos, create false accounts or in place of others, accessing other partners' accounts, even with their consent)

7. Why do I invite acquaintances to join on my personal page?
a) direct partners you have can demonstrate that you are a person of trust, contributing to your confidence points. These partners are a guarantee of your seriousness.
b) You contribute to the development of the community and this is rewarded by advantages offered to Platinum members (see below).

8. How do I send invitations to those who I want to register on my page?
Contact him verbally, directly, by phone or email. Give them your page address in Trust Community, inviting them to register on your page, as you have registered on your partner's page.
Trust Community does not send automatic invitations by email, so you have to personally invite acquaintances.


B. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE "Benefits" MENU

1. What contains the "Benefits" menu?
This menu gives you access to all components/programs by which you can receive various benefits, depending on your personal involvement and membership category. Some components are accessible only to some partners, the conditions being described at each component in the Regulations area.

2. What is the component "Ask what you want"?
This component allows you to get the best answer or best offer to any request you have.

3. What is the component "Membership"?
Types of membership to may choose from and related benefits are presented.

  • What is Basic membership? Basic membership is a free membership, gained by registering on the site. It allows you to upload information to the site.
  • What is the Basic (Verified) membership? Basic (Verified) membership  demonstrates that you are a real person.
  • What is the Silver membership? Silver membership requires an annual fee and gives you the right to earn  money by responding to questions in "Ask what you want!" program.
  • What is Gold membership? Gold membership requires a monthly fee and allows you to enter the trustworthiness appraisal program.
  • What is the Platinum membership? Platinum membership requires a monthly fee and allows you to recover membership fee and to earn extra, depending on your involvement in Trust Community.

How can I pay the membership fee?
You can use PayPal, as specified in the Official information from your backoffice. Once you have signed up for Gold or Platinum membership through PayPal, payments will be automatically deducted monthly from your account. If you do not want to be a member, you have the option to Unsubscribe.


4. What is the component "Trustworthiness"?
"Trustworthiness" is a program that
personal trustworty or reliability level is appraised based on a set of criteria. If you consider yourself a person of trust, chose to become a Gold or Platinum member, to develop your trust profile. This profile will help in any social interaction, and will provide additional advantages in both virtual and real life. Trust Community will actively promote the most trusted people.

We consider a person being trustworthy if he/she:
a) honors its word and acts in accordance with the said words, shows responsibility, seriousness
b) respects the property and rights of others
c) voluntarily contributes to the community
by offering / sharing personal resources (time, involvement in activities, information, expertise or donations)
d) is oriented towards the rule of law
e) do not abuse the trust of others


5. What is the component "Prizes"?
Trust Community offers awards that reward occasional seriousness and involvement of Trust Community. Awards are given in specific conditions mentioned in the appropriate menu.

6. What is the component "Forum"?
Here partners from the site can interact on topics of interest proposed by those who wish. Posting of information has a high degree of responsibility because of the
identity visibility. You can do it from your Backoffice.

7. What is the component "Shared information"?
You can share information considered relevant to other members.
You can do it from your Backoffice.

8. What is the component "Top"?
Partners with the highest degree of involvement in community development are highlighted in Top.

9. What is the component "Professionals"?
Trust Community supports professionals in various fields to promote their skills and services. If you are a professional in a particular area, sign up to be easily found by potential customers.

10. What is the component "Minimum price" and "Daily offers"?
Businesses and shops can advertise their lowest prices of the products offered. You can also easily find the lowest price on a product and where to be found. This component is active only in some countries.
If a manufacturer / dealer has a special offer, they can post it in the 'Daily offers'.
Even you as a simple person can post information about prices or special offers, if you know such offers and want to volunteer information that can help others to save.


11. What is the component "Companies"?
Here are the list of companies that are members so you can call for different products or services.


C. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE "Personal Profile" MENU

1. What include Personal profile menu?
In the "Personal Profile" you can post information about yourself, you can make friends and can get recommendations. Here are shown the access areas (see below) and the personal advertising area.

2. What include Trust menu?

The points you receive for your level of trust are evidenced here. You have to be a Gold or Platinum member to have the right to access this program.

3. What include Partners menu?
It presents your direct partners (those who registered on your page) and your source partner (the one you have registered to).
In the photo area appear several personal parameters:

a) Page Value (which consists of Partners Value, Partners credit and Bonus)
b) Confirmed / unconfirmed Partner
c) Active / standby Partner

a) Page value
Your online activity is measured by a parameter named Page Value. This parameter shows your personal account value and it is used in some reward programs.
Page value is calculated by adding Partners value + Partner credit + Bonus A.

A. Partners value
You receive 5 points for every active partner you have, if he/she has also a minimum one active partner, and another 1 point for every active partner your direct and active partners have.
Partners value is calculating by multiply all the points above by a coefficient between 1 and 15. The coefficient is higher when the number of your active partners that each has at least 1 active partner is higher, as shown in the table below.

B. Partner credit
It is a 500 points credit (available 30 days since your confirmation date), that you can share with first 5 initial partners that are confirmed by you. Thus, when you confirm a partner, 50 points are added to his/her Page value and 50 points are added to your Page Value.
If the account of one of these five partners is deleted, you lose the 50 points you have received by confirming that partner. 
 
C. Bonus A
You receive 0.5 points for every Response you get from other users at an information you have posted in Trust Eyes - Shared information. You can receive maximum 0.5 points/month from a uniqe partner and a total of 30 points/month.

b) Confirmed / unconfirmed partner
Following registration you have to be confirmed by the person that own the page you signed in as a person he/she knows. Following confirmation, you get Basic membership. To confirm a partner who signed on your page, you must enter in your Backoffice and activate the option in the Partners menu.

c) Active/standby partner
Active partner is a partner who interact regularly (at a minimum of 20 days interval) with
our community by providing information on Forum or Share information area or in the "Ask what you want." component. You are active for 5 days following your confirmation. As a Silver, Gold or Platinum member you are considered permanently active.

4. What are the access areas and how they works?
Access areas are advertising areas through which you can earn money by advertising, clicking on the banners that appears on that areas. There are nine areas, located on the each partner's page. Each area has shown on it a cash value that you get if you click on a banner that load on that area. To use access areas the following conditions are required:

A. You have to activate your access areas so that advertising banners may be load on them.
The 9 areas in Personal profile menu become active in one of the following ways:

1. Depending of the quality and number of your partners

Area 9: You are active (see People menu for details about Active Partner)
Area 8: You are active + you have  1 active partner that has at least 1 active partner OR you are PLATINUM MEMBER (in this case, area is permanently and unconditioned active)
Area 7: You are active + you have  2 active partners, each having at least 1 active partner OR you are PLATINUM MEMBER (in this case, area is permanently and unconditioned active)
Area 6: You are active + you have  5 active partners, each having at least 1 active partner
Area 5: You are active + you have 10 active partners, each having at least 1 active partner
Area 4: You are active + you have 20 active partners, each having at least 1 active partner
Area 3: You are active + you have 25 active partners, each having at least 1 active partner 
Area 2: You are active + you have 30 active partners, each having at least 1 active partner 
Area 1: You are active + you have 40 active partners, each having at least 1 active partner
IMPORTANT: The condition is that all active partners above have one of the following membership: Basic (Verified), Silver, Gold or Platinum. So the Basic partners are not considered.

2. If you are a Gold member, your access areas 5-9 are permanently active, without any other conditions.
3. If you are a Platinum member, your ALL access areas are permanently active, without any other conditions.



B. Login and click on the banners that are displayed on your active access areas.
You may click anytime in the day the banner is displayed there (there may be 0, one or more active access areas per day loaded with banners). A banner remains only a day on an access area. If you did not click on it in that day, you lose it (and the corresponding money).

C. By clicking a banner, you receive the money reserved on a day on that access area.
The reserved sum is dispayed on every access area. You may use money for services on site or we transfer the cumulated sum in January and July. the minimum paying value is 25 euros/USD.

5. What is the personal advertising area?
a) You have two self-managed personal advertising areas: first in the right of the access areas and the second, on every topics you have opened on Forum. You may advertise companies or products and charge them directly. These are activated for SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM members.
b)Upload the add (login in your Backoffice and go in Updates - Personal banners)

6. What is Friends and messages menu?
You can make friends in Trust Community and send private messages.

To send messages or invitations of friendship:
a) Login
b) Go to the page of the partner you wish to invite as friend, to the Personal Profile menu - Friends and messages
c) Select the category of friendship (see the link How do I choose my friends? for details, located above the list of categories of friends) or enter text in the corresponding message box
d) Send invitation or message
e) Wait for invitation acceptance from that partner
f) In your backoffice (Messages menu) you find the area with invitation received and where you can accept invitation from others

7. What is Professional Services menu?
If you joined the list of professionals, details about the services you provide must be described in the Professional services.

8. What is Archive menu?
The Archive contains ​​part of your activities on the site.

9. What is your personal account or Backoffice?
Backoffice is your private area after login using username and password. Here you can update the personal data, post information in various parts of the site and see private information.


D. How can I get FINANCIAL INCOME?

1. What is the Balance account?

Balance acount shows your income and expeditures. There are following sources of income:
a) access areas, by clicking on banners
b) the best response to requests / questions of other partners, according to program
Ask what you want! rules
c) prizes
d) revenues from your network (for Platinum members)
e) your bank account to add money to your web account. If you want certain services on site and do not have money available in your account, you can add money to your account. See details in Official information, in your Backoffice.

The money accumulated in your balance account:
a) can be transfered to your Paypal account (or other ways, at your request - e.g. Moneygram)
b) can be used to pay for site services


2. If I accumulate income, how and when payments are made?
a) Payments are made through PayPal, by all partners who receive income or awards if the amount is at least 25 Euro (USD).
b) For countries where PayPal is not available, payments will be made through Western Union, Money Gram or other viable option, but only when you reach minimum payment amount of 100 euro (USD).
c) Transfer commissions will be paid by members receiving income.
d) Income is paid twice a year in January and July.
e) The payments for Platinum members are made monthly whenever a minimum of 25 Euro (USD)
are available in their account.

Legal responsibility for consequent taxes is due to each partner, according to national legislation.


Note: You receive the money in accordance with currency reffered to your country (that is, the one you see in your access areas)

3. How do I earn money as a Platinum Member?
Platinum membership helps you get income from your network partners. So you can recover the membership fee (if you have at least 3 
direct / indirect Platinum partners) and also gives you the opportunity to earn extra money. Details in Benefits - Membership menu.
The chart below shows an example of additional income. The more
direct or indirect Platinum partners you have, the highest income you have. In addition, you get 0.25 euros/USD for each Gold partner that is in your network.
